Claudia said when she began in her role at The Howard School 鈥渢here was no HR department to go along with few written policies and procedures, of which many needed updating to be in compliance with changing laws. Over the years, I worked in partnership with the leadership team and other stakeholders in the community to write and implement comprehensive policies to bring the organization into compliance鈥�. Claudia also has extensive experience collaborating widely to inspire an inclusive strategy.
