| Chazz began his career as a theatre practitioner in 2008, focusing on acting, scenic construction and painting, and facilitating running productions. He taught Technical Theatre for 8 years, and has previously worked as a designer, director, and acting coach. This background cultivated his passion for building inclusive, people-centered learning environments. He considers some of his most meaningful achievements to be helping students discover their confidence and creativity in unexpected ways. He strives to create classrooms and rehearsal spaces where students feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, and support each other. |
