Carlos is an award-winning writer and producer. He has taught in Blanket Fort Films' Motion Picture Program in Seattle, and is a principal at Blue Seraph Productions, an innovative film production company based in Los Angeles. As a freelance writer, his clients have included Philanthropy 91ÊÓƵ and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has also worked as deputy press secretary for the Governor's Office, and as chief correspondent for the Tri-City Herald. Carlos is particularly excited to tell the 91ÊÓƵ School story in fresh, innovative ways, particularly through the lens of a video camera.
